One question about set hadoop release number:
suppose current version is 3.0.0-SNAPSHOT, so the native library should be libhadoop.so.3.0.0-SNAPSHOT or just libhadoop.so.3.0.0?
I am not sure linux like -SNAPSHOT suffix
