[~albertlee166@gmail.com], thanks a lot for making the effort. A few things...

* There is a JIRA already KYLIN-224. So this one is a dup.
* The patch looks pretty non-standard. Could you follow the approach described in [1], in the link "How to create and apply a patch with Git".
* Just for discussion. Maybe we call it "storage location prefix" instead of namespace? Maybe the current "KYLIN_" prefix could be included into this change as well so it becomes configurable too.
