[I] pip install -r requirements.txt fails due to missing datafusion==45 [datafusion-ballista]

## Describe the bug
Running `pip install -r requirements.txt` fails due to a missing package version.
The error occurs because the `requirements.txt` file references a non-existent version of the `datafusion` package (`datafusion==45`), which is not available on PyPI.
## To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Clone the repository
2. Navigate into the python directory
3. Run `pip install -r requirements.txt`
4. Observe the installation failure
## Expected behavior
All dependencies listed in `requirements.txt` should be available on PyPI to allow a successful installation process.
