[math] addition to jar manifest in 1.1 release

Based on Robert's comments on this list and his and Jorg's comments on
the associated maven Jira ticket
(http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MPJAR-51), I think it is best to
commit the change below to the math 1.1 release branch.  The added
lines will be merged into the manifest.  If I hear no objections in
the next two days, I will push out the release with the change
included.
