In the current programming model we have @Action#hidden and @ActionLayout#hidden, and similarly for properties and collections.  I believe there might have been a very subtle historical reason why we have ended up with this, but in practical terms it feels redundant.  As these are mostly to do with presentation, I propose we drop @Action#hidden , @Property#hidden and @Collection#hidden.
