NetConnection.Connect Failed". Error. Missing[556] Error Missing [642]

Hello All,
I have some qustion. please help me.

1. Can you tellme how to change help and support links listed below the
profile picture.
2. When i access my system from internet it shown methis erro in web
brower " NetConnection.Connect Failed".  Error. Missing[556]  Error Missing
[642]
3. When i want uploading profile picture i got this error "HTTP-ERROR: 404"

Hello Kamran,
Could a port  1935 be closed on your server or firewall?
