Bugtracking/Issuetracking/Itemtracking

which bugtracking-system can be adviced that can use subversions
bugtaq-properties?

Those bugtraq properties were added by TortoiseSVN; they aren't part of 
the "official" Subversion package. But the point of them is that you can 
get them to work with just about any bugtracking system. Bugzilla is a 
popular one, available from mozilla.org, although it may be overkill for 
some projects.
