OpenMeetings provides Moodle plugin out-of-the-box [1]
Some other plugins are closed source (info available at main site Top Menu->Configuration->Plugins)
Please contact commercial support om.unipro@gmail.com to get one of commercial plugins
In case you need special/custom plugin for your site, you can

# create it yourself using our SOAP/REST API [2], or PHP API [3]
