[FYI] License Update necessary for new YourKit profiler

Hi folks,

yesterday I wanted to update to YourKit profiler 4.0.6, and found out
that the license files that we got, don't work with the version 4
anymore. I therefore contacted the friendly YourKit people and they
kindly send me an updated license.
So please contact support@yourkit.com and ask for an update of your license.
