Tapestry and dreamweaver

Has anyone been able to get tapestry tags "accepted" in dreamweaver ?
I'd just like our web designers to be able to open the tapestry pages
to modify some details but Dreamweaver seems to reject all the
tapestry tags and doesn't show the page in "Creation" mode.

He forgot to close a tag. All is well.

is this thread being continued off-line? I am curious about what his issue
is. I havn't used dreamweaver in a long time because I have been
disapointed in it's support of things like that. Took them to long to get
caught up with XHTML :(

I just opened a couple of my Tapestry html templates in Dreamweaver MX (old
version) without any problems.

Are you using the informal syntax or the formal syntax?

I'm interesting in Dreamweaver also and on another project I looked into adding custom tags but never needed to implement it. For Tapestry it should be easy since you don't really need new tags just extra attributes. On a Mac (PC should be similar) look in

/Applications/Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004/Configuration/TagLibraries/

and you will see all the tags that Dreamweaver supports. I have not tried this but I think you can modify these or create more. For Tapestry all you really need to do is add the jwcid attribute.

I'd just try it but I don't have a copy where I am.
