0.18 release update - RC2 is out

Hi, everyone.  I've produced RC2 at revision 1368514.  Get it here:

  http://people.apache.org/~jross/qpid-0.18-rc2/

I'm going to be away on vacation until the 13th of August.  If no changes are requested before then, I'll propose RC2 (after I've signed it) for our release vote when I return.

If, however, there are requests for inclusion while I'm away, I'd like to ask Robbie to handle those approvals.

Thanks is due to Alex, Darryl, and Keith for testing RC1 and reporting their findings.
