[ann] Click Framework 1.3 released

Click Framework version 1.3 is now available

This release includes:
* a new PickList control,
* changes to Page event execution order
* improved logging
* lots of bug fixes and minor improvements
* new introduction documentation and examples

Please note this will be the last Click release against the Cayenne
1.2.x (org.objectstyle) code base, the next release will be against
Cayenne 2.x (org.apache) code base.
