   I’d be happy to work on improving the CONTRIBUTING.md file.
   
   As someone who recently went through the onboarding process, I think there’s room to make the contribution flow clearer for newcomers (e.g., getting started steps, repo structure, how to choose issues, and PR expectations). I can also take inspiration from Apache Airflow’s contributing guide as suggested.
   
   I’ll start with a draft proposal and keep the changes incremental so they’re easy to review.
