   `webConfig()` does a lot more than just process web.xml files. The proposed method name is not appropriate.
   
   Please discuss the problem you are trying to solve on the mailing list before submitting a PR. It may be that a solution already exists. If not, you'll get advice on the best way to implement what you are trying to achieve.
