There is still one test that is failing - TestFSDirectoryDifferentLockFactory.  Once the patch for LUCENENET-210 is applied, this one should be fairly easy to knock out.

The only thing this patch fixes is how the default implementation of FSDirectory is created and the return value of ListAll() on FSDirectory - it was returning the full path when only the name of the file should be in the array.
