System compatibility

Cocoon 1.8.2 is running successfully on this 
configuration:

Windows NT4.0 SP 5
Apache 1.3 (as a NT Service)
Sun JDK 1.2.2
Tomcat 3.2.1 (as a NT Service)

The problem due to the late loading of the xerces.jar 
classes is still present : 
the file 'wrapper.properties' in dir '$TOMCAT_HOME/conf' 
used for the Tomcat NT Service must specify the 
'xerces.jar' on top of the list of the wrapper.classpath 
definitions(even before the classes use by Tomcat)
