I have had the same problem as comment 4.
Everytime that open office tries to autosave, the green save bar gets stuck at
the beginning and no matter how long you wait, it never moves any further.  You
have to control alt delete and end it in the task manager and then everything
you have worked on is gone and you have to start again when it auto recovers
from a past period.  Very frustrating and time consuming.
