Redirector2.dll not working with IIS 5.1

using the the isapi_redirector2.dll from the following URL: 
http://mirrors.mix5.com/apache/jakarta/tomcat-connectors/jk2/binaries/win32/

I had put them a folder called CATALINA_HOME/BIN/WIN32.

created a virtual directory by name 'Jakarta' and pointed to
the win32 folder.

added an entry in the ISAPI folder and pointed the redirector2.dll

modified the worker.properties and copied the uriworkers.properties
to /CATALINA_HOME/CONF folder.

still I am getting the 'red' arrow. 

using XP workstation
