Do you need a HTTP proxy to access the web? If so, configure Maven to
use the proxy.

again it is creating , when i compile using maven

You're not giving very much info making it hard to help.
A quick check, does the file
'/home/msr/.m2/repository/com/gr/temp/temp-dir1.0-SNAPSHOT/maven-metadata-grrepository.xml'
exist? If not, that's the problem.
