Hi.

In order to prepare for ACNA Austin, we need the alias tac-apply@a.o adjusted to the judges for this event.

Please make tac-apply@ == jani, mbenson, nick and lewismc

Nick also needs access to https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/financials/Bills/ (read at least), so he can keep an eye on payments etc.

Can jani get the "can-spam" bit set, since I will be helping both apacheCon (Rich) and travel-assistance (gavin) to sent out mails including all pmcs.
