mod_dtcl 0.12 problem: Tcl_GetChannelName

Hi,

I obtained mod_dtcl-0.12 and installed it (tried from
source with buildtcl.sh shared and also with the
src.rpm.  Either way, compilation went fine and I
installed the module.  However, when starting apache I
get:

Starting httpd: Syntax error on line 280 of
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /etc/httpd/modules/mod_dtcl.so into
server: /etc/httpd/modules/mod_dtcl.so: undefined
symbol: Tcl_GetChannelName

BTW, I am using stock tcl-8.3.3 from Redhat 7.2.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
