   Adding the remaining classes from the Flex codebase so that we have AbstractTarget and LineFormattedTarget, from which TraceTarget can now derive.
   Just simplifies any Flex migration by replicating these classes as-is.
   Please let me know of any changes needed/suggestions etc..
