Preparing for 1.0-rc2

Hi,

After Angela's jcr-server updates (JCR-337, JCR-340 - JCR-347) and my
SLF4J switch (JCR-215) and first impression improvements (JCR-348,
JCR-351, JCR-354) the 1.0 branch is again pretty stable, so I'm
planning to make a second 1.0 release candidate during the weekend.

The only open issue is the reopened JCR-335 deadlock issue with
versioning and transactions.   Is there hope in getting that fixed, or
should I just mark it as a known issue?
