Resolution: Not a Problem
There is a large check-in ahead of yours in the sync (looks like a release).
These large updates can cause sync delays of several hours.
The svn mirror is monitored for this sort of issue and the infra team gets an e-mail every 6 minutes once the mirror is out of sync until the issue is resolved.
On the rare occasion something is hung we step in. In most cases it is just a little patience that is required.
