On that page you will see attachments are deliberatly disabled, and have been for some time.
If PIG wiki wishes attachments to be enabled, if is explained on that page the one scenario in which that can happen.

No problem, would have preferred to fix the problem by re-enabling attachements which I can do if the Pig wiki is changed to a slightly more controlled environment.
The restriction is purely a spam measure and benefits us both.
