JasperException: Unable to compile class for JSP

Hi,
i get the following error:

org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Unable to compile class for JSPerror:
Can't write:
d:\Netscape\Server4\https-itl-pc-9567\config\..\ClassCache\examples\jsp\ibmw

The .jsp is located at 
D:\Netscape\Server4\docs\examples\jsp\ibmwebas\samples\com\inf\ias\jspAuctio
n\ManagementTeam.jsp

What can possibly be the reason about the compiler being unable to create
the class file
