I just tested this.

It works...although it still has a minor cleanup bug.  It's nothing
major, and I'm working on a subsequent patch.

I +1 Randy's work so I can move ahead on my patch for the command line
arguments problem.

The CGI is inheriting the CLA from the wrapper!  Ick.  A fix will be
forthcoming for this problem as well as the expanded environment variable
list from Mark Slemko.
