GitHub user adamcrane created a discussion: What are the theoretical limitations in terms of message queueing scale?

My team is in the process of architechting a large-scale mqtt solution (millions of MQTT clients with millions of topics). We are looking to replace the broker storage with pulsar queues. We would need the concept of a queue per client.  What are the theoretical limits in terms of how many queues and the depth of those queues we could create?
