My dynamic implementation

Hi,

After quite a few request here is my DynamicProperty implementation.
It's just plain simple and it works.
i didn't implement the getIndexProperty and copyProperties yet because we don't use them at this time
but this is very easy to do. Just 2-3 lines of code in both methods.
