Strange problem with Apache+SVN

Hi!

I'm running Apache on my XP with SVN 1.0.0

Everything works fine for me.

One of the users report following error(s) (trying to check out) copy:

svn: REPORT request failed on '/svn/dbscripter/!svn/vcc/default'
svn:  REPORT  of  '/svn/dbscripter/!svn/vcc/default':  Could  not read
response body: ?\251 ?\241 ?\243 ?\252
?\241?\243 ?\241 ?\243?\254 ?\254 . (http://a.com)

OR

svn: REPORT request failed on '/svn/dbscripter/!svn/vcc/default'
svn:  REPORT  of  '/svn/dbscripter/!svn/vcc/default':  400 Bad Request
(http://a.com)

What could cause this error?

Also, user noted that folder "dbscripter" created along with ".svn" folder. 
But no project stuff there.

I have it working just fine for me. Also, svnserve was warking fine for both 
of us
