[Win32|http://ci.ignite.apache.org/viewType.html?buildTypeId=Ignite_CWin32] and [Win64|http://ci.ignite.apache.org/viewType.html?buildTypeId=Ignite_CWin64] suits are ready.
Current Linux build process require root and TC user does not have it.
