   Nice find @dongjoon-hyun, we should definitely fix the bug - thanks for catching it !
   I disagree that it was "hasty" to fix it in 3.4.1 - this is a good fix to include.
   
   We are not in the middle of a release from 3.4 branch right ? We can fix this forward ?
