[VOTE] Release of Aries application 0.2.1 RC01

I've staged a release candidate for Aries Application 0.2.1. The
following Aries Application 0.2.1  module is staged and tagged in 
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/aries/tags/

The module is staged in

+1 signatures and checksums look good. The 0.2 blog sample works
(after up'ing the version in the samples/pom.xml).

Here's my +1. 

Source, signature/checksum, license/notice files -- all look good. I had one test failure on my first build. However, test output didn't really show an error. Subsequent clean build ran without a problem. One minor note: the DISCLAIMER file is no longer needed. No real harm by including it, however. So, not worth cutting a new RC, IMO...

source, checksum/signature, build is good.
And I also built it with geronimo 3.0_M1, looks good to me.
