Since CMake build are fully functional, CMake is supported on VS2015, VS2017 and VS2019 out of the box and CMake can generate project files as is, let's remove old vs projects.

Moreover, if you want to build old vs project, bundled with ignite, it should be updated (manually or by script) in order to be built on modern VS
