   We have Dashboards with data for a lot of users: We use many filters to segment this data  each user can select and we see the point in using the filter sets so that every user can have shortcuts to their preferred filter configurations.
   This simplifies our Dashboard design and management because with a single Dashboard we fit many different specific Dashboards. It also helps transparency as all users have access to all the data.
   Right one we are not using it because the users can not create the filters even if they have permissions. Only the Dashboard owner can create and use filter sets. We were looking forward for the full functionality.
   The approach of an admin creating common filter sets and the users having also specific ones looked great for us.
