                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRFLOW-4213
             Project: Apache Airflow
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: backfill
    Affects Versions: 1.10.0
         Environment: Ubuntu 16.04
            Reporter: Dor Indivo

Hey Contributors!

I have changed the default_timezone to Asia/Jerusalem and when I tried to run "backfill" command (which is specified below) it got stuck at the "Filling up the DagBag" process.

The command:
airflow backfill my-dag -s "2015-03-26T00"  -e "2015-03-28T00"

After a while i realized that at 2:00 of the 03-27-2015  the clock was changed in Israel (The time changed according to the daylight saving time).
