IIS and Tomcat

I have followed the instructions in the Tomcat IIS HowTo document but cannot
seem to get Tomcat working with IIS. For some reason the filter does not
load and the event viewer has the following message:

The HTTP Filter DLL E:\jakarta-tomcat\bin\iis\i386\isapi_redirect.dll failed
to load. The data is the error.

Does this mean that the precompiled dll was not downloaded properly or is it
something else? Any pointers will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Nattu Natraj.
