cf ISIS=1655, whereby we can only flush QueryResultsCache and not the other two transaction-scoped services.

I think we should probably bring the hook for the auditing etc forward to the beginning of the RENDER phase, ie using the same hook that we have installed TargetRespondListenerToResetQueryResultCache class.
