[jira] [Created] (SLING-6133) Refactor Event Utility

Jörg Hoh created SLING-6133:
-------------------------------

             Summary: Refactor Event Utility
                 Key: SLING-6133
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-6133
             Project: Sling
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Event
    Affects Versions: Event 4.1.0
            Reporter: Jörg Hoh

The Utility.checkJobTopic is a bit cumbersome and also lacks a testcase.
