   ## Bug Report
   
   - The test cases `SELECT 1 FROM dual` and `SELECT 1 as a` not working.
   - The 'rdl_empty_rules' scenario should not be used for running DQL tests.
   
   ### Which version of ShardingSphere did you use?
   master
   
   ### Which project did you use? ShardingSphere-JDBC or ShardingSphere-Proxy?
   
   ### Expected behavior
   
   ### Actual behavior
   
   ### Reason analyze (If you can)
   The test cases 'SELECT 1 FROM dual' and 'SELECT 1 as a' do not have an xml element assertion.
   
   ### Steps to reproduce the behavior, such as: SQL to execute, sharding rule configuration, when exception occur etc.
   
   ### Example codes for reproduce this issue (such as a github link).
