   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
    start a ozone cluster with 1000 datanodes and 10 s3gateway, and run two weeks with heavy workload, and perf scm. There are 3 places use stream.collect which cost 3.2% cpu.
   
   1. stream.collect in PipelineStateMap.getPipelines cost 1.81%

   2. stream.collect in Pipeline.getProtobufMessage cost 0.77%

   3. stream.collect in SCMClientProtocolServer.getContainerWithPipelineBatch cost 0.64%
