RE: multiproject:site and project interdependencies (gather fails )

Got a proposed fix, although I'm still having problems with the
linkcheck plugin...something about a NoSuchMethodException the
HttpClient.setHostConfiguration() from the HTTPLinkVerifier, or
something...I'm still working on figuring that out.

For the JIRA issues relating to the interdependencies problem, check out
MPMULTIPROJECT-16 and MAVEN-1082.
