Axis_GetSize_XXX not needed

I do not think the generation of the function Axis_GetSize_XXXX is needed, 
it is not used in the code as far as I can tell and would like to remove 
from code-base so it is no longer being generated and passed around. 

Anyone see a problem with this? Would like to do so in the next couple of 
days.

I had been thinking this might be redundant, in which case I agree that
it's best to remove.
