* sun.misc.Cleaner may only exist in Java 8 - see the way that this code uses sun.misc.Cleaner in Java 8 but uses sun.misc.Unsafe for Java 9+

* sun.misc.Unsafe has its own problems and we've on;y just managed to remove it from Pekko 2.0.0 code base
