Confluence Retired Banners are Missing

I've been checking periodically for the Confluence banner to appear
for Petri (thinking it might take a while before it appears).

However, I've spot checked some other retired projects (Olingo,
Kibble, Portals, Griffin) and none of them have the banner.

Any Ideas?

Note that Confluence has yet to move to the cloud - the banners
stopped working because Confluence URLs were changed.
(AFAICT, the old URLs redirect to the new ones)

It's not clear what will happen when the cloud takes over.

This has now been fixed by Sebb & Infra - banners are now showing

Just to note here, that you didn't get any response from Infra when
you raised this as an issue.

I have created the following INFRA ticket for this issue:
    https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-28174

I don't know how this works behind the scenes, so if you or anyone
else could add that detail for Infra, that would be great
