[VOTE] Release Qpid M2.1 (RC6)

RC5 was missing a couple of DISCLAIMERS and the .Net was missing
-incubating- from the artefact name.

RC6 is the Best Qpid Ever and I am supremely confident of it's
quality: http://people.apache.org/~aidan/qpid-M2.1-RC6/

[+1] Release M2.1!
[0] sure...
[-1] I don't think we should release because...

This vote will stay open for 72 hours, or until we get three binding +1's

I'm closing this vote, we've got 10 +1's, no -1's and it's been open
for more than 72 hours. Hurrah. Mail to general@incubator will be
forthcoming shortly.

Excellent work Aidan in pulling us together a good release team effort.
Now let's see if we can get M3 out as easily.

[+1] Release M2.1!
