jackrabbit version set to 2.10.2-SNAPSHOT

hi oak devs

in order to be able to complete OAK-3160 [0] and continue my
work on OAK-3160 [1], i will set the jackrabbit version in oak trunk
to latest snapshot version to pick up the extensions added to the
Jackrabbit API.

so, you might have to get the latest jackrabbit version once
you update to the lastest trunk..

sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
