When running in-jvm dtest upgrade tests from inside IntelliJ, if the developer makes changes and does not re-run “ant dtest-jar” the changes will not be visible to the test. This can be fixed by manually running the command or manually adding the ant target to the IntelliJ pre-launch configuration for the test. We can do this automatically as well by modifying the `ide/idea` settings.
