> The HarmonyVM Eclipse plugin puts all jars listed in bootclasspath.properties and <vm>.properties (in default) onto the list of JRE system libraries in the Installed JREs->Add JRE dialog. This includes all the listed source jars, whether they exist or not. In Eclipse (up to and including) 3.2M5 this is not a problem, as it appears that the missing jars are just ignored. From 3.2M6 the behaviour is different, giving an error message if any of that jars cannot be found. The plugin should be altered so that it does not add non-existent jars to the list of libraries.
