In the 2.0.6 stack, Nagios contains no configuration.
When trying to provision this stack via a blueprint install fails due to the following missing configurations:

nagios_user
nagios_group
nagios_web_login

It is very important that stack definition configuration contain all necessary default values.  Otherwise, these properties must be hard coded in the blueprint code.
